This documentary shows the Calingasta Valley in San Juan Province, its history, nature and 'El Leoncito' National Park, where one of the most important Argentinean astronomic complexes is located. 'La Laja' museum and the archaeology studios, the mines and the 'Ruinas de Hilario' ('Hilaro Ruins'), the mythical 'Alcázar', Barreal and its picturesque tree-lined streets, along with the typical constructions.
